The apartments have use of all the facilities including the Jacaranda Lounge Beach Club with large swimming pool, a children’s pool, sun terraces with cushioned sun beds, parasols, bar service and restaurant. New at the pool this year is an 8 seat jacuzzi and a bar inside the pool. Entry is free for Blanco y Negro guests. A bakery and supermarket, hairdresser, boutique, Chinese restaurant and the Jacaranda cocktail bar are part of the complex.

Living room

The apartment will sleep up to 4 people but with a maximum of 3 adults. Standard no sea view one bedroom apartments consist of a twin bedroom, a lounge/dining room with sofa bed, an American kitchen with 4 cooking rings, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge. A bathroom with WC and bath/shower and a small balcony. Air conditioning (warm/cold) per extra charge available.

This small apartment complex is personally run by the Hayes family who have been operating in Es Cana since 1965. The apartments are situated in the centre of Es Cana and yet in a quiet spot. A small beach with rock pools and the Jacaranda Lounge Beach Club are adjacent to the apartments and the main Es Cana beach is near by.
