Santa Ines is a small charming village on the North West of the island. A place where time has stood still for many years. There is a church, a village shop and a couple of bars. Surrounded by pine, fruit and almond trees, the valley is at it's most spectacular in February when all the almond trees blossom with their white flowers contrasting against the green fields and rich red earth.
